Set up your branded page

In Settings → Bio link, pick a handle, add your photo, a short bio, your brand colours and display font, then drop in your social and booking links. This is your Linktree replacement — one branded URL to share in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, email signature, or business card. Every visitor sees a tidy branded page with a built-in enquiry form.

Pro tip: When someone fills in your enquiry form, they land in your pipeline at New lead with every field already populated — trip dates, party size, budget, parks, occasion, notes. You get an email instantly. The lead gets a friendly auto-reply signed by you. No manual typing, no third-party form builder.

Add a client — or let them come to you

Two ways in. Warm leads (referrals, past clients, WhatsApp chats): click "Clients" → "+ New client" and add a family name, primary contact, email, phone and city. That’s all you need to start. Cold leads from your branded page arrive automatically at New lead with every field populated — no typing required.

Pro tip: Create the client now, fill in trip details later once you know what they want. Don't let a blank field stop you from starting the conversation.

Send them the intake link

For warm leads you’re already chatting to: open their client profile and click "Generate intake link" — share it by email or WhatsApp. Cold leads who came in through your branded page have already done this part; their profile is pre-filled. Either way, the 9-step form covers dates, party size, budget, parks, travel needs and special occasions.

Pro tip: The form saves automatically — clients can pause and come back without losing a thing. No account required on their end.

Build their quote

Click "+ New quote" inside their profile. Choose destination, resort tier, ticket type, dining plan, and any extras. Preview as you go, then download a branded PDF or share a live link directly with your client.

Pro tip: You can quote multiple destinations in one document — great for Walt Disney World vs Disneyland Paris comparisons when a client hasn't decided yet.

Share and confirm

Email the PDF or share the link. When they confirm, move them to "Booked" in the pipeline. The activity feed logs everything automatically — quote sent, viewed, confirmed — so your records are always current.

Pro tip: The pipeline shows last-updated timestamps on every card. You'll always know which clients need a nudge — no more mental tracking of who you're waiting on.

Set them up on MagicDay

Keep your pipeline tidy.

Past clients, ghosted leads, the occasional duplicate — here’s how to clear them out without losing data you might need later.

One click · reversible

Archive a client

Hides the client from your active pipeline. Trips, plans, quotes, reminders and activity history are all kept on file. Use this when:

  • A trip is over and you don’t want it cluttering your “active” list
  • A lead has gone cold but might come back next year
  • You’re a Disney specialist tidying up after peak season

Restore from the Archived tab any time — the client returns to the stage they were on before you archived them.

Permanent · cannot be undone

Delete permanently

Wipes the client and everything attached to them — trips, plans, reminders, quote PDFs, activity. Use this when:

  • A client has formally requested deletion (GDPR right-to-erasure)
  • You created a duplicate or a test record
  • You’re absolutely certain you won’t need the history again

The button is hidden behind a typed-name confirmation — you have to type the family name exactly to proceed. We do this on purpose: deletion cascades and there’s no recovery.
